NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S.§32-1-1001(2)(a), to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all other interested parties, that the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, will be conducting a virtual special board meeting at 02:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, to go into executive session to discuss the stipulations related the District’s Replacement Plan Decree, which may be subject to negotiations.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested party may join at said time by following the zoom link provided.
